What internal resources do we need to provide?

The effort on your side stays manageable, but a few key roles matter. You need a project lead who serves as central contact, drives decisions and coordinates appointments. For system analysis and data mapping, we need access to your ERP data and a subject matter expert who knows the meaning of the fields, typically two to four hours per week during the analysis phase.

For testing and acceptance, people from the affected departments such as purchasing, sales and accounting should be available, since they are best placed to judge whether prices, stock and bookings are factually correct. We handle the bulk of the technical work; your team mainly contributes the domain knowledge about your own processes. How we collaborate is described on our services page.
