Duration depends on scope and complexity. A single ERP-shop connection with core data flows (products, prices, stock, orders) typically takes eight to twelve weeks. A comprehensive multi-system integration with middleware, DATEV connectivity and custom APIs spans twelve to twenty weeks. Add two weeks of hypercare after go-live.
