How long does a typical integration project take?

Duration depends on the scope and complexity of the data flows. A single ERP-shop connection with the core data flows of products, prices, stock and orders typically takes eight to twelve weeks (project experience). A comprehensive multi-system integration with its own middleware, DATEV connectivity and custom APIs is more in the range of twelve to twenty weeks.
After go-live we generally plan around two weeks of hypercare, during which we closely accompany and fine-tune the integration in live operation. We do not set the binding timeline blindly, but after the initial system analysis, in which we assess interfaces, data quality and edge cases. The rough project frame can already be outlined in an initial conversation.
