Can we operate the integration internally?

Yes, you are not locked in to us. After go-live we hand over complete documentation: architecture diagrams, API specifications, mapping matrices, the monitoring setup and operations handbooks. We deliberately rely on open, transparent technology rather than a black box, so your team can understand and carry on the integration.
If your IT team has the necessary capacity and interface know-how, you can take over operations entirely. Many clients still choose our managed service because topics like ERP interfaces, queue monitoring and error diagnosis require specialized knowledge and internal IT is usually busy with other tasks.
