Yes, and we explicitly recommend this phased approach. Rather than switching over all data flows in one big move, we start with the most business-critical interfaces, typically product master data and order transfer to the ERP. In our experience these two flows create the most manual effort and therefore deliver the fastest tangible benefit.

In subsequent phases, price synchronization, stock reconciliation and DATEV integration are added, later optionally PIM or marketplaces. The advantage: project risk stays manageable, your users give early feedback from real operations, and the investment is spread over a longer period instead of a single large outlay.
